I felt this in my bones—for the second time today (the first being resting in my partner’s arms after a meal) my shoulders relaxed and my breathing slowed. love doesn’t have to be a storm to be real; sometimes it’s a gentle breeze through a grove of trees. i love this, but i’m not surprised because this feeling arises after I read anything you ever write :)
